I Am Back

Yes, yes, yes. Not completely but it is a good start. I ran 3 times this past week, 2.5 miles each run. VERY slow and cautious but I am back! I do not do PT as often as I want to but now I am at 11 push ups and can hold plank for longer than I ever remember. Stretching and more stretching.
