Cousins Go to DC

Kids were very excited weeks ahead and kept telling everyone they were going to DC to see their cousins. Nan and Pop met Tara and Greg half way on in Frederick, MD and on Friday night I got a call from the kids. Kyra:
- Mommy, we just made ice cream and Adelyn and I just just put pjs on and we feel like teenagers!
- Oh, why like teenagers?
- Well, I don't know, I just feel like one!

She is so cute! :) Brandon, on another hand, was asking if he could take this or that medicine because cough was settling in.
Kyra spent all the time till Sunday afternoon at Greg and Tara's and they did a lot of sightseeing. Kyra loved it. Repeat?

Brandon called me at 8am on Saturday morning and asked me to come and get him half way because he did not feel well. I felt bad for the poor guy! I brushed my hair, ate a bowl of cereal and was on the way to pick up my boy.
Greg brought him still in his pjs and coughing every minute. It really stank doing 3.5 hours of driving on the night I was closing in MP but hey.. I have just one son and if he is sick, I will come and get him wherever he is. Love him so much!
