- Brandon is such an organizer! He loves to clean up in general and gets very frustrated when Kyra (who does not like to) does not want to do her share. This morning he took trash out, recycling to my car, then cleaned sooo much in the house - everywhere in the room. He LOVES to organize. "let's put this in this draw", "We can sort this by this".
- Every Friday he asks to sleep with me. He is glowing when I say yes. Last Sunday I came home from work and saw him in my bed as well. Jimmy said Brandon told him that I had said he could. Huh? I let it go
- And his favorite phrase right now is "I know, right?" :)
- Lately he learned how to: grill (Dad taught), open a can with a can opener (Dad taught), take a seed out of cherry and spit it out (guess who? :) Mom taught).
- He is so much into organizing and cleaning lately that the other Sunday I woke up to him tappin on my shoulder and asking if they could do dishes for me. You really do not have to ask twice about it! :)
- today at the swimming pool lids were jumping from high jumping boards and then I see both kids swimming to the edge of the pool to get out but looked like Brandon was holding Kyra's head in the headlock so that she did not go underwater. I panicked, thought she was drowning or something, he told me "Kyra's legs were tired, so he helped her get to the ladder to get out". In just a couple seconds I saw Kyra's happy face that her brother was helping her out and at the same time Brandon's face, little bit shy but proud.
Love him so much!
